We have prepared shabu-shabu using raw Satsuma chicken.The broth is a blend of seafood and truffle.The rich aroma of truffles adds a new depth to the hotpot.To finish off, we will make cheese risotto using the broth from the ingredients in the hot pot.This hearty course includes appetizers, beef tongue carpaccio, red sea bream carpaccio, chicken and egg Caesar salad, fried shrimp, hot pot, and hot pot risotto to finish off the meal!
